The Glasgow Financial Alliance for Net Zero (GFANZ) is the world’s largest coalition of financial institutions committed to transitioning the global economy to net-zero greenhouse gas emissions. GFANZ brings about the very best from around the world. Launched in April, 2021 to coordinated across all actors within the financial system to accelerate to a net zero global economy, GFANZ was launched by UN Special Envoy on Climate Action and Finance Mark Carney and the COP26 presidency, in partnership with the UNFCCC Race to Zero campaign. GFANZ has more than 675 member firms across 50 plus countries.
